Cleaning the ice cream machine in two parts
The part1 of the ice cream machine is stirred and cleaned in the freezing and freezing cylinder. Unscrew the four nuts fixed on the distribution valve body in front of the machine, remove the distribution valve body, take out the stirring shaft in the freezing cylinder, and soak it with 1:50 84 disinfectant. For 10-15 minutes, wipe the freezing cylinder with a cloth moistened with disinfectant. After cleaning, wipe again with a clean cloth, reinstall the stirring shaft and the valve body. Part2Cleaning the storage tank of the ice cream machine After the power is turned on, the water containing the disinfectant and food washing solution is poured into the ice cream machine. Wipe the surroundings of the storage tank with a rag and clean. Operate before pressing the ice cream machine. The buttons on the panel are marked with the words Cleaning. The machine's stirring system starts. About 1 minute, connect the disinfection solution or washing solution in the machine, and pour clean water repeatedly until the received water does not have any odor, stop (press the stop button). Use a dry cloth to wipe the periphery of the storage tank of the ice cream machine. The disinfection and cleaning of the ice cream machine is completed.
冰淇淋机的清洗分两部分

第二部分 冰淇淋机储料槽的清洗 冰淇淋机接通电源后,将盛有消毒液及食品洗涤液的水到入冰淇淋机中,用抹布将储料槽四周擦拭干净,按下冰淇淋机前操作面板上的标有清洗字样的按键。机器搅拌系统启动,大约1分钟左右,将机器中的消毒液或洗涤液接出,反复倒入干净的清水清洗,直到接出的水无任何异味时,停机(按停止键)。用干的抹布将冰淇淋机储料缸的四周擦干净即可 至此冰淇淋机的消毒清洗工作完成。
