What is your MOQ ?
Usually, our MOQ is 3,000pcs/design. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly, hoping you can place large orders after checking the quality of our products and know our service.

Can I get samples ?
Sure. We usually provide an existing sample for free. But a little sample charge for custom designs. Sample charge is refundable when the order is up to certain quantity. We usually send samples by FedEx, UPS, TNT or DHL. If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account, if not, you can pay the freight charge to our PayPal, we will ship with our account. It takes about 2-4 days to reach

How long is the lead time of sample ?
For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. If you want your own designs, it takes 13-15 days. Anyway, we will respond fast to your request.

How long is the production time ?
It takes 30 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity

What format of the file do you need if I want my own design ?
We have our own designer in-house. So you can provide AI, CDR or PDF, etc. We will make the designs for your final confirmation

How many colors are available ?
We match colors with Pantone Matching System. So you can just tell us the Pantone color code you need. We will match the colors. Or we will recommend some popular colors to you.

Which kinds of certificate would you have ?
FDA, LFGB, REACH.

What is your payment term ?
Our normal payment term is TT ,30% deposit in advance, balance before delivery
